Golden Bridge is on the list of new wonders voted by the Daily Mail.

The 150m-long Golden Bridge is a Vietnamese landscape located in Da Nang city, a coastal city in central Vietnam called "the palm of a giant" by Daily Mail.

If the old wonders that are known for hundreds or even thousands of years are associated with places of cultural, religious and artistic value, on the contrary, new wonders are designed to create artifacts. Activation is instant, and delivers the element of surprise and greatness - according to the Daily Mail.

In a recent survey by the Daily Mail of 'millennials' (born between 1982 and 2000), there are six new Wonders of the world that most impress young people and Vietnam's Golden Bridge is in the top of the list.

The bridge is almost back to itself and has two giant hands, made of fiberglass and wire mesh, designed to look like the stone hands supporting the structure.

It was designed by TA Landscape Architecture. The company's founder, Vu Viet Anh, is the main designer of the project, with Tran Quang Hung as the bridge designer and Nguyen Quang Huu Tuan as the bridge design director. Construction commenced in July 2017 and completed in April 2018.

According to the Daily Mail, shortly after opening from June 2018, more than 20,000 posts about the bridge appeared on Instagram at #goldenbridgevietnam. Main architect, Vu Viet Anh, said he wanted to "evoke the feeling of walking along a thread that stretches through the hand of God".

Other "New Wonders" of the world include the Bosco Verticale (or 'Vertical Forest') in Milan - Italy; Gardens by the Bay in Singapore; The Dubai Framework in the UAE; The Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain; Matrimandir- India; The underwater sculpture park is about to open off the coast of Miami- USA; 'Forest swing' on the island of Bali in Indonesia; and Kalbarri Skywalk, Australia.
