Checklist Process at the airport

1.Quarantine area

Passengers from the plane pass through the telescopic tube/bus into the international terminal. After that, guests move to the quarantine area.

2.Quarantine process:

 

- At the quarantine area: medical staff ask guests to present the following documents:

+ QR code for medical declaration on the app "Vietnam Health Declaration" or on the web: www.tokhaiyte.vn.

+ Some airports require passengers to present a certificate of vaccination, PCR test or quick test, boarding pass (if the declaration section lacks seat number information)

- Quarantine staff will use the QRcode scanner of the guest.

- Some airports will print additional confirmations of completion of quarantine procedures for guests. However, the airport section will not print the confirmation.

3. Noted: 

- The quarantine area is often crowded because customers do not understand the quarantine process.

- Some problems arise because customers use medical documents with image files on their phones. Guests should be encouraged to print a hard copy of the vaccine or Covid test paper. This will help customers speed up the process.

- At the airport, there are times when several flights come down at the same time. Leads to traffic jams. If guests do not want to wait, they should book an immigration service at the airport.

- Guests who go through quarantine procedures will enter the immigration procedures. The immigration process is the same as before. If the guest has an Evisa, go straight to the immigration stamped podium.
